Grilled Hamburger or Cheeseburger Recipe

Grilled Hamburger or Cheeseburger Recipe

1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbl dry mustard
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 Tbl worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbl your favorite prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
a slice or two of your favorite melting cheese

Combine all ingredients, except cheese, and shape into patties,
usually makes about 8 burgers.
Place in the fridge until the grill is hot.

ideas:
~Use onion buns or wheat buns or even sour dough bread for variety.
~You can use any prepared mustard you like;
yellow mustards, brown mustards, dijon, spicey dijon, hot mustards, honey mustards.
~Right before your burgers are done, place a slice of your favorite cheese on top.
~You can also add a slice or 2 of cooked bacon on top just before serving.
~Serve them with fresh sliced tomatoes or onions.
