I DON'T FEEL LIKE COOKING TODAY - MENU #2

BBQ LIL SMOKIES
WHITE CORN
TATER TOTS
CORN MUFFINS W/ BUTTER
FRUIT

CROCK POT BARBECUE SMOKIES

Little smokies are pre-cooked so this slow cooker recipe is very easy.
You may have to take a magazine into the kitchen to read,
so it looks like it took longer to put together.
:)

1 pkg lil smokies = 1/2 bottle of bbq sauce
2 pkg lil smokies = 1 bottle
3 or 4 Tablespoons of Grape jelly, yes, Grape jelly.

Place lil smokies in crock pot / slow cooker
Pour in your bbq sauce.
Spoon in your grape jelly.
stir.
That's it.
cook all day on low or if you are in a hurry, on high until heated through.

see, told ya almost too easy.
Where is my 'Birds & Blooms' magazine ?

Later on I will fix corn muffins with a jiffy mix and I will use
cupcake liners so I don't have to scrub
up a muffin or cornstick pan.

For sides:
You can have fries, tater tots or tater wedges
place them on a cookie sheet and bake with the muffins.

and / or
mac & cheese
or open a can of either :
white corn
baked beans
Whatever is in your cupboard.

Dessert:
Peel & slice a banana
slice up or quarter an apple
peel and separate an orange
Arrange them on a small plate.
Your DONE !
