CORN CASSEROLE RECIPE

CORN CASSEROLE RECIPE
pre-heat oven 350 degrees

1 can (14 oz) creamed corn
1 stick butter, melted
1 8 oz container of sour cream
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together corn,butter, sour cream, eggs and corn bread mix
Bake in greased 1 quart casserole for about 1 hour.
Top with cheese and return to oven to melt cheese.


additional topping ideas:

your favorite shredded cheese blend
chopped onions
diced green peppers
cooked , crumbled bacon
diced green chiles
