IRON SKILLET BEEF DINNER
1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
1 can of 'store bought' cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
1 Tbs prepared mustard (yellow)
2 Tbs onion soup mix (reg or golden onion)
1/4 tsp black pepper or seasoned pepper blend
dash of Worcestershire sauce or kitchen bouquet
In an iron skillet, mix together all ingredients and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Stir in 2-3 Tbs sour cream right before serving.
serving suggestions:
Serve over cooked noodles or rice
