Irish Dill Potato Wedges Recipe

Irish Dill Potato Wedges

8 med. red new potatoes, cooked
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp dried dill weed


Cut boiled potatoes in wedges, set aside.
Melt butter in a large frying pan and saute garlic for 1 or 2 minutes.
Add potatoes, salt, pepper, celery salt and dillweed.
Fry the potatoes until they are lightly brown.
