TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS

COOKED PUMPKIN GUTS RECIPE
or
TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS

preheat oven to 250 degees

2 c. pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 tsp butter
1/4 tsp salt

Wash pumpkin seeds well.
In a medium sized bowl, mix seeds with butter and salt.

Spread seeds on a cookie sheet
Place in oven-
Stirring occasionally, just until toasted.

variation:
add little garlic salt before cooking
