CRISPY OVEN BONELESS PORK FOUR MENU IDEAS


CRISPY OVEN BONELESS PORK

preheated oven 400 degrees

1 1/2 cups,coarsly crunched, crispy rice cereal
2 T biscuit & baking mix
1 t. unseasoned bread crumbs
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. garlic pwdr
1/2 t. onion pwdr
1/4 t. soul seasoning
1/4 t. seasoned pepper
1/4 c+ melted butter (for coating)

Mix all breading ingredients.
Dip pork in butter
roll in breading mixture covering completely.
Place items in greased large glass baking dish.
Sprinkle on any remaining breading then
drizzle with any remaining butter.

Bake 30 - 35 minutes uncovered until done.



COOK ONCE EAT TWICE - or MORE

I usually buy boneless pork packages that have 6 or more chops.
I cook all of them at once and make several meals.
These chops warm up WONDERFULLY !!!!!


-First Menu Idea

Crispy Oven Boneless Pork w/ gravy
mashed potatoes
fried squash
biscuits
iced tea
sherbert

-Second Menu Idea


Crispy Oven boneless Pork sandwiches
*warm up leftover pork chops in the microwave.
Place on hamburger buns, add your favorite condiments:
fresh tomatoes, lettuce, mayo
or bbq sauce
onion rings
Iced tea
mini-blueberry muffins

-Third Menu Idea

Prepare your favorite skillet rice.
Slice the leftover chops in strips place pork strips in the cooking
rice the last 10 minutes of cooking.
If using oriental rice, you can even add a few dashes of teriyaki for added flavor.

sweet peas
hot buttered garlic bread
sherbert
iced tea



-Fourth Menu Idea

Summer Salad w/ diced pork
Dice the chops on top of your favorite salad fixins:
lettuce, spinich, fresh garden tomatoes,
shredded cheese, shredded carrots, croutons, beets, etc...
sides /cottage cheese
slaw or potato salad
saltine crackers
hot rolls w/ whipped butter
iced tea
cheesecake w/ strawberries
